People were really friendly and did what they said they were going to do!! Major props for a dealership here in West Texas that try to gain a new customer and build a lasting relationship with them and not try and get you good every deal every time.

I recently worked with Cesar, one of your sales associates, and I want to highlight his professionalism and dedication throughout the process. Cesar went above and beyond to locate the truck I was looking for at another lot, as it wasn���t available at your location. He ensured the vehicles prompt delivery the next day, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the additional dealership fees added to the MSRP. There was a separate sticker on the vehicle listing an extra $6,000 for items such as nitrogen in the tires, tinted windows, refrigerant for the AC system, and a sanitized interior. I was told these charges were mandatory and part of the negotiation process. I���m not even sure if the tires on the truck I purchased even have nitrogen in them because the vehicle came from a lot in San Angelo. While I was able to negotiate half of the cost, I still ended up paying a little over $3,000 in what I consider unnecessary dealership fees. I was also informed that your competitors impose similar charges, so I decided to do some research. I discovered that the Chevrolet dealership in Odessa does not have these additional fees on their new vehicles. This was disappointing to learn, as it felt like an avoidable cost that put a damper on an otherwise smooth process.

Your service department that changed the changed oil and rotated the tire did excellent but I got there at 7:12 and was first in line for oil changed. The younger lady wearing black that I think recently started. She started working on the cars that were in line for Certified Service. There were about 3 cars. Then your more experienced sales person came outside and she noticed that younger lady had already completed all car in Certified Service. She yelled to other lady to start with Lube service she went inside. After I was finally checked in, both ladies started to have a cat fight. The younger lady stated she have been here for five months and she have never acknowledged her. I was waiting for your survey so I finally tell you about my experience. I think it is awfully for your team to be disputes around the customers. Thank you Pat Cantu
