A Customer From WILLIS, TX Gave a 5 Star Rating On Their 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe Service Experience

I decided that I needed an oil change - headed back to the Conroe area on Friday, arrived at your dealership and was immediately helped by your service assistant, not sure what you call them, but he was exceptional/excellent - he immediately got me an appointment around 9 am came back the next time and he met me - he was on a call, so the lady to his right went out and helped - she was also exceptional/excellent - the car went in and about 30 minutes it was completed - the young man came and got me - used my points - he was impressive - I am a retired high school principal - Conroe HS - I would have hired him immediately if he had all the education required - he would be the principal by now - he did a great job - with 10 being the highest he was 15! Great experience overall - thank you!
