I drove in to the dealership to see if I could get an oil change and tire rotation done. After the Express Advisor, Rigo Hernandez, walked to the shop to see if they had an opening, I was advised that they they did, and told that it would take about 1 hour to complete the job. I took a seat in the waiting area, and about an hour later, the work had been completed. I was very pleased.
