We were given space to look around after we met Jose. He went to get a key for a 2024. While he was gone, we found a blue 2025 Equinox that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it's operation, including the many computer features. We took a test drive and we're sold. He handled his paperwork very quickly. Then, we waited for a finance director to become available. In the meantime, Jose took the car to fill it up with gas and get it washed.

Destanie Barbee was very friendly, helpful, professional. She was the first to greet me when I walked in the door and made eye contact and kept a smile on her face continually. She listened to my concerns, kept me updated throughout my visit, and offered solutions when needed. She walked me to the cashier and introduced me to the manager when I inquired. She is caring and smart and definitely an upgrade from my prior visits to the dealership. The technician who serviced my car was excellent and Brandon the service manager is doing a great job. Not an easy undertaking!

Great customer service every time.

Never has vehicle out by promise date. They hold the vehicle for days and refuse to start work until I start calling for updates.

Was only suppose to co-sign and the dealership ran my credit alone to take out a car. Had told them specifically it was only for co-signing and they tried getting the car under my name without acknowledging me first. Was lucky I caught it on time, but had to make a big deal about it

This was a surprise birthday for my son that has been eyeing this car every time we would come into the parts department to purchase parts for our Hail Company customer vehicles. Superior service and can honestly say it was a quick and fast process despite I kept rushing as we had dinner plans for his birthday. He is super happy with the car. Now mom and dad can enjoy it until he gets his permanant driver's license and just his permit that he has.
