Everybody was great!

Was only suppose to co-sign and the dealership ran my credit alone to take out a car. Had told them specifically it was only for co-signing and they tried getting the car under my name without acknowledging me first. Was lucky I caught it on time, but had to make a big deal about it

This was a surprise birthday for my son that has been eyeing this car every time we would come into the parts department to purchase parts for our Hail Company customer vehicles. Superior service and can honestly say it was a quick and fast process despite I kept rushing as we had dinner plans for his birthday. He is super happy with the car. Now mom and dad can enjoy it until he gets his permanant driver's license and just his permit that he has.

They were professional, prompt, and had effective communication.

I asked for a sound to be fixed in my car but the sound is there still so I have to take it back

Very professional group of people had a awesome experience there with them the reps try their best and work hard to get what you want and pay off ur vehicle it���s was a blessing to get to know some of them I���ll wish more dealerships would care for their customers and not look at them as money objects or how much money they can get off them to buy a vehicle to take care off the customer before and after the sale as a family member to them

Had my tires rotated and drive to San Antonio from midland and heard something rolling around in my tire and come to find out one of the lug nuts was not placed on the rim or some how came off
