Had my passenger window repaired for the 2nd time.Replaced tracking mechanism and seal. I had mentioned for the 3rd time my passenger dim light had a shadow in it creating a safety issue and reported to the gentleman that contacted me in order to get it repaired. First excuse was told could not recreate complaint. If it happened again would replace the light. Then the 2nd excuse they had send in to GM for approval i told then again it was getting worse a safety issue I could not see good when I turned left. 3rd visit again now its getting worse the shadow is a safety issue when i turn left abd now covering my low beam and high beam with a continuos shadow. Mention it again on 12/15. Did get a repair but now i have 1 regular light and one florecent mismatch lights. Now my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer looks ghetto fixxed with mismatched parts. Im not happy cause they didnt tell me they did that when i left at 2:00 is .I noticed it late that night. I appreciate the safety issue solved. But i dont like the car look of 1 florecent light on the right side and 1regular light on the other. I want it fixxed so my car doesnt have 2 different lights..-Disappointing to have a brand new car and have look ugly due to different parts.
