A Customer From MIDLAND, TX Gave a 3.4 Star Rating On Their 2019 Chevrolet Blazer Service Experience

Waited almost 2 months to get my car back after a thermostat went out. It was covered under warranty and it seemed like because ya’ll weren’t making money off me, it didn’t matter how long it took. I was told ya’ll were waiting on a thermostat and then weeks later told it was in and my car would be completed in a few days. A week lapsed and I was then told the thermostat was delivered a few weeks prior and ya’ll were waiting on a gasket to come in. My car was finally completed and I noticed that a gasket wasn’t replaced, only the thermostat. Felt like I was being mislead and brushed to the side.
